By signing up and using Sharebri, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms here.

If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Sharebri is a SaaS platform for managing education centers, providing modules: academics, ERP, student wallet, teacher payroll, e-commerce, communication.

Specific features per plan are listed on the Pricing page.

You are responsible for password security and all activity on your account.

You commit that data entered is accurate and does not violate third-party rights.

Sharebri may suspend an account if misuse is detected.

Fees are billed per chosen plan, monthly or annually.

Payments more than 30 days late may result in temporary service suspension.

30-day satisfaction guarantee — full refund if not satisfied within first 30 days.

You may cancel anytime via Settings or by contacting support.

Sharebri may terminate for terms violation or payment overdue beyond 60 days.

After termination, you have 90 days to export data before permanent deletion.

Sharebri commits to uptime SLA per plan (99.5% Pro, 99.9% Enterprise).

Sharebri's maximum liability in all cases is capped at the most recent 12 months of fees.

Sharebri is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity.

Disputes are first resolved by good-faith negotiation.

Failing that, Vietnamese law applies and the court of competent jurisdiction in HCMC governs.
