This policy applies to all personal data collected when you use Sharebri's products and services, including the website, web application, and integrations.
"Personal data" follows the definition in Decree 13/2023, including direct and indirect identifiers.
02Data we collect
Account information: name, email, phone, role.
Operational data: student records, contracts, financial transactions you enter into the platform.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, system logs for security purposes.
03How we use data
Provide and operate the Sharebri service per the contract.
Technical support and customer care upon request.
Improve the product through statistical analysis (anonymized).
Comply with legal obligations and protect parties' lawful rights.
04Data sharing
Sharebri does not sell personal data. We share data only in limited cases:
With infrastructure providers (Supabase, Railway) under signed DPAs and security standards.
When required by lawful requests from competent authorities.
05Data retention
Operational data is retained throughout the contract term plus 90 days post-termination to support migration.
Daily automatic backups with 30-day retention. Enterprise customers have hourly backup policies.
06Your rights
Right to access, edit, and delete your personal data.
Right to request data export in a machine-readable format (CSV/Excel).
Right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
